Hi. My name is Rhett Ozment, and I am a sophomore at Crystal Lake Central High School. I am a member of the Crystal Lake Central Legacy Club, athletes committed to excellence.

We are helping our soccer coach, Mr. Schwarzrock with a gift card drive for CASA of McHenry County. Please help us by purchasing gift cards for CASA’s older youth, ages 13-21. The teens are often the ones most forgotten in the foster care system and always appreciate a gift like this when their CASA Advocate visits them!

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASA trains volunteers to advocate in court for abused and neglected children. Read more about CASA of McHenry County.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of McHenry County is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law.

Gift Card Drive:
If you would like to donate in person, drop off your gift cards at our soccer game on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 4:30pm. Older youth in foster care (13-21 yrs old) are in need of gift cards for clothes, toiletries, gas to get to work, and food on the go.
